Shipping Policy

Last Updated: July 27, 2026

1. Shipping Destinations

Blue Circle Supply currently ships to eligible addresses in:

  • Canada; and
  • The United States.

Shipping availability is determined during checkout.

Some products or shipping services may not be available to:

  • Remote locations;
  • Territories;
  • Islands;
  • P.O. boxes;
  • Military addresses;
  • Freight-forwarding addresses;
  • Locations subject to carrier restrictions; or
  • Jurisdictions where a product is regulated or prohibited.

We may cancel an order that cannot lawfully or reasonably be delivered. If we cancel an unshipped order, we will refund the cancelled amount.

2. Order Processing

Processing occurs on business days, excluding weekends and applicable public holidays.

We aim to process most in-stock orders within one to three business days. This is an estimate and not a guarantee.

Additional processing time may be required for:

  • Payment review;
  • Fraud screening;
  • Address verification;
  • High-value orders;
  • Restricted products;
  • Professional-credential verification;
  • Special-order products;
  • Backordered products;
  • Customized products;
  • Freight shipments; or
  • Products supplied from a separate fulfillment location.

Orders containing multiple products may ship separately.

3. Shipping Rates

Available shipping methods and charges will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Shipping charges may depend on:

  • Destination;
  • Product size;
  • Weight;
  • Quantity;
  • Shipping speed;
  • Carrier;
  • Remote-area surcharges;
  • Special handling;
  • Dangerous-goods classification;
  • Insurance;
  • Signature requirements; and
  • Cross-border charges.

The shipping amount shown and accepted at checkout forms part of the order.

4. Free-Shipping Promotions

Where the website displays a free-standard-delivery promotion, including an offer for eligible orders over $50:

  • The qualifying threshold is calculated using the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes;
  • The threshold is measured in the currency displayed at checkout;
  • The offer applies only to eligible destinations and products;
  • Standard shipping will be used unless otherwise stated;
  • Oversized, heavy, freight, restricted, or specially handled products may be excluded;
  • Remote-area or carrier surcharges may be excluded;
  • Duties, brokerage, taxes, or import fees are not necessarily included; and
  • Eligibility will be confirmed at checkout.

Promotional shipping terms displayed during checkout control where they are more specific than this general policy.

5. Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery dates or transit times may be displayed:

  • On a product page;
  • During checkout;
  • In the order confirmation;
  • In the shipping confirmation; or
  • Through the carrier’s tracking system.

Delivery estimates begin after shipment, not necessarily on the order date.

Unless expressly identified as guaranteed, processing and delivery dates are estimates.

Actual delivery may be affected by:

  • Carrier volume;
  • Weather;
  • Holidays;
  • Border processing;
  • Customs;
  • Remote location;
  • Labour disruption;
  • Security screening;
  • Transportation interruptions;
  • Incorrect address information;
  • Recipient unavailability; or
  • Events outside our reasonable control.

6. Delayed Shipment Before Dispatch

We will use reasonable efforts to ship within the timeframe stated when the order is placed.

If no shipping timeframe is stated, we will use the timeframe required by applicable law.

If we cannot ship within the promised or legally applicable period, we will provide any notice required by law and, where applicable, offer you the choice to:

  • Consent to a revised shipping date; or
  • Cancel the unshipped portion for a refund.

We will not replace a legally required refund with store credit unless you voluntarily agree.

7. Backorders and Preorders

A product may become unavailable after an order is submitted.

If a product is backordered, we may:

  • Hold the order;
  • Ship available products separately;
  • Request consent to a revised date;
  • Offer a substitute with your agreement; or
  • Cancel and refund the unavailable product.

We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

8. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send shipping confirmation to the email address associated with the order.

Tracking may take time to update after a label is created. A label-created status does not always mean the carrier has physically received the package.

You are responsible for monitoring tracking and arranging receipt where a signature or secure delivery is required.

9. Address Accuracy

Review the shipping address before completing checkout.

The customer is responsible for providing:

  • Correct recipient name;
  • Complete street address;
  • Unit or suite number;
  • City;
  • Province, territory, or state;
  • Postal or ZIP code;
  • Telephone number; and
  • Any access information reasonably required for delivery.

Contact us immediately if an address needs correction.

We cannot guarantee an address change after processing or shipment. Carrier rerouting fees may apply.

10. Separate Shipments

Products may ship:

  • From different warehouses;
  • At different times;
  • Through different carriers; or
  • Under separate tracking numbers.

You will not be charged an additional shipping amount solely because we elect to split an order, unless you requested a change or additional shipping service and agreed to the charge.

11. Signature Requirements

We may require a signature for:

  • High-value orders;
  • Restricted products;
  • Freight shipments;
  • Orders with elevated fraud risk; or
  • Addresses with reported delivery issues.

The carrier may make multiple delivery attempts or hold the package at a collection location.

Failure to sign for or collect a shipment may result in return costs under the Refund Policy.

12. Delivered Packages

A carrier’s tracking record may show a package as delivered before the recipient locates it.

If tracking shows delivery but the package cannot be found:

  1. Check entrances, reception areas, mailrooms, parcel lockers, and safe locations;
  2. Ask household members, employees, building staff, or neighbours;
  3. Confirm that the shipping address is correct;
  4. Allow until the end of the delivery day where appropriate;
  5. Contact the carrier; and
  6. Contact us promptly, preferably within seven calendar days of the recorded delivery.

We may initiate or assist with a carrier investigation.

A replacement or refund will depend on:

  • Investigation results;
  • Delivery evidence;
  • Address accuracy;
  • Signature records;
  • Carrier responsibility;
  • Insurance; and
  • Applicable legal rights.

13. Lost Shipments

A package is not necessarily considered lost merely because tracking has stopped updating.

A carrier may require a waiting period before accepting a claim.

If the carrier confirms loss before delivery, we will provide the remedy required under applicable law, which may include:

  • Replacement;
  • Reshipment;
  • Refund; or
  • Another agreed solution.

14. Damaged Shipments

Inspect the shipment promptly.

For damaged packages or products:

  • Keep all packaging;
  • Photograph the outer carton, label, internal packaging, and product;
  • Do not discard damaged items;
  • Do not attempt repair unless instructed; and
  • Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within seven calendar days.

Damaged-product remedies are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.

15. Incorrect or Incomplete Deliveries

If an order is missing products or contains an incorrect product, contact us promptly.

We may require:

  • Photos of received contents;
  • Packaging photos;
  • Shipping label;
  • Packing slip;
  • Product labels;
  • Serial numbers; and
  • Package-weight information.

Verified fulfillment errors will be corrected at no additional shipping cost to the customer.

16. Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Brokerage

Orders crossing the Canada–United States border may be subject to:

  • Import duties;
  • Sales or use taxes;
  • Customs processing;
  • Brokerage fees;
  • Disbursement fees;
  • Regulatory inspection; or
  • Other government or carrier charges.

Where we collect these charges during checkout, they will be included in the displayed total.

Where they are not collected by us, the recipient may be responsible for paying them directly to the carrier, broker, or government authority, as permitted by law.

We do not control customs decisions or border-processing times.

A customer who refuses delivery because of duties, taxes, or brokerage charges may be responsible for resulting return and processing costs under the Refund Policy.

17. Product and Export Restrictions

Customers must not order, export, re-export, transfer, or use products in violation of:

  • Canadian law;
  • U.S. law;
  • Sanctions;
  • Export controls;
  • Medical-device requirements;
  • Professional licensing rules; or
  • Local product restrictions.

We may request end-use, identity, business, or professional information where reasonably necessary for compliance.

We may cancel an order that presents a legal, regulatory, fraud, or safety concern.

18. Freight and Oversized Products

Large, heavy, or specialized products may require freight delivery.

Freight shipments may involve:

  • Delivery appointments;
  • Curbside delivery;
  • Lift-gate charges;
  • Limited-access charges;
  • Inside-delivery charges;
  • Signature requirements;
  • Inspection before signing;
  • Additional handling; or
  • Separate delivery terms.

Any special freight terms should be reviewed before accepting delivery.

Visible freight damage should be noted on the carrier’s delivery record before signing whenever reasonably possible.

19. Refused, Unclaimed, and Undeliverable Orders

If a package is returned because it was:

  • Refused;
  • Unclaimed;
  • Sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer;
  • Not collected after carrier notice;
  • Undeliverable after reasonable attempts;
  • Rejected at customs; or
  • Subject to unpaid recipient charges,

the customer may be responsible for reasonable:

  • Outbound shipping;
  • Return shipping;
  • Carrier fees;
  • Customs charges;
  • Brokerage charges;
  • Storage fees; and
  • Restocking costs.

Any refund will be processed according to the Refund Policy and applicable law.

20. Changes or Cancellations After Shipment

An order cannot normally be cancelled after it has shipped.

You may request a carrier interception or rerouting, but:

  • The carrier may refuse;
  • Additional fees may apply;
  • Delivery may be delayed; and
  • Interception is not guaranteed.

Once delivered or returned, the Refund Policy applies.

21. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters;
  • Severe weather;
  • Wildfires;
  • Flooding;
  • Public-health emergencies;
  • Labour disputes;
  • Carrier network disruption;
  • Customs or border action;
  • Government restrictions;
  • Cybersecurity incidents;
  • Utility outages;
  • Transportation accidents; or
  • Supplier interruption.

We will take reasonable steps to communicate material delays and comply with legally required cancellation and refund obligations.

22. Relationship to Other Policies

This Shipping Policy forms part of the Terms and Conditions.

Returns and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. Personal information used for order fulfillment, shipping, and carrier investigations is handled under the Privacy Policy.

If a provision conflicts with a mandatory legal right, the mandatory legal right will control.
