1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the Blue Circle Supply website and the purchase of products from Blue Circle Supply.
Blue Circle Supply is operated by Strream Direct Marketing Limited (“Blue Circle Supply,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
The following policies form part of these Terms and Conditions:

- Refund Policy; and
- Shipping Policy.
If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

If we cancel an order after collecting payment, we will refund the cancelled amount to the original payment method.

A temporary authorization hold may appear before final settlement. Payment providers control the time needed to release unsuccessful or cancelled authorization holds.

11. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped according to our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Processing and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed.
If we cannot ship within a promised timeframe—or within the legally applicable period where no timeframe was provided—we will provide any notice, delay option, cancellation right, or refund required by law.
Carrier delays do not automatically create liability for consequential losses. However, this does not remove any cancellation, refund, delivery, or consumer rights provided by applicable law.
12. Inspection After Delivery
Inspect the shipment promptly after delivery.
Notify us as soon as reasonably possible if:
- An item is damaged;
- Packaging is materially damaged;
- An item is missing;
- The wrong product was sent;
- The quantity is incorrect; or
- A product appears defective.
Prompt notice helps us preserve carrier and supplier claims. The preferred reporting period is within seven calendar days after delivery, but this period does not eliminate rights that cannot legally be restricted or rights concerning a latent defect that could not reasonably have been discovered sooner.
13. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Order cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.
The Refund Policy includes:
- A 30-day return-request period for eligible products;

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by Blue Circle Supply’s breach, negligence, or unlawful conduct.
23. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including:
- Severe weather;
- Natural disasters;
- Carrier disruption;
- Labour disputes;
- Government action;
- Border or customs delay;
- Epidemic or public-health emergency;
- Cyberattack;
- Utility or communications failure;
- Supplier interruption; or
- Transportation disruption.
We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of such events.
This section does not eliminate any mandatory right to cancel an unshipped order or receive a required refund.
24. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Subject to mandatory consumer rights, disputes may be brought before the courts located in Ontario, Canada.
If you are a consumer, this provision does not deprive you of mandatory protections or legal remedies available under the laws of your province, territory, state, or country of residence.
Before starting formal proceedings, the parties are encouraged to contact one another and attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith.
25. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions for future website use and orders.
The revised Terms will be posted with an updated date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law permits otherwise.
An order will generally be governed by the Terms presented when the order was placed.
26. Severability
If a provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
27. No Waiver
A failure or delay in enforcing a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.

You may retain copies for your records.
